LICENSE TERMS OF WEB LEASE includes:
  • All broadcast, non-broadcast, internet use.
  • DVD distribution.
  • Online and Streaming delivery.
  • Music placed into productions during lease terms are licensed in perpetuity ( forever) with global distribution using all known media . 
  • YOUTUBE : Music placed in videos that end up on YOUTUBE will require “WHITELISTING" to avoid copyright flagging and unwanted advertising. You will need to supply GMP with the accurate URL for either the video location or the channel URL location.

TERMINATION : DETERMINED BY WEB LEASE SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRATION DATE

  1. All the productions you completed during the active web lease date range that included GMP/RM MUSIC are permanent.  
  2. All GMP MUSIC FILES MUST BE REMOVED FROM ALL INCOMPLETE PROJECTS and HARD DRIVE STORAGE.
  3. Your license to create new productions using GMP / RM MUSIC downloaded during the lease term will be terminated on the web lease termination date.
  4. Any use of GMP / RM MUSIC after the lease termination date without purchase of individual licenses or renewal of web lease license in any new productions is a breach of intellectual property rights laws, ie. federal copyright statutes. 


TEMPing Subscription

No cost, TEMPORARY access to either GMP MUSIC or RESERVE MUSIC or both.

TEMPing is a no cost program granting the privilege of complete access and experimental placement of GMP music in an unfinished production. The purpose is to determine acceptability for the producer, editor or client before making a purchasing decision.

It is a short term, temporary placement and does not grant a synchronization license. Publishing of any production with un-licensed music is a breach of federal copyright law. Unlicensed illegal use of the music may result in legal action and notification to the US Copyright office of copyright infringement.

TEMPing SUBSCRIPTION is granted only by request AND MAY BE DENIED for any reason.

TERMS: In order to qualify for TEMPing subscription, you must be willing to communicate monthly regarding the use or lack of use for any and all music downloaded. You would need to agree to “police” the downloads and control the files to guarantee proper and legal handling of the files. Unused files must be removed from your system and all incomplete or unlicensed projects.

Confirmed final music placements in a production require immediate notification to GMP so an invoice may be generated. Standard net 30 terms for payment apply. Blanket Licensing may be available. This requires direct contact with a sales rep at GMP MUSIC.

We reserve the right to deny or rescind TEMPing privileges at any time and to require immediate removal of all GMP intellectual property ( music) from any and all projects at any stage of production.
